nah...we have seen god father abused like anything before we saw the original one... Mughal E azam.....Mother India...Missamma.....golmaal...Anand.... many movies were made based on these themes...but the originals even if u show them to a generation X kid they will aprreciate....true art transcends time and will appeal to any generation....... Amar Akbar Anthony ....nah.... will tell u an interesting nugget on how this script took form... the writers(salim javed I think) were having a quite eveneing with manmohan desai discussing the current affairs and a news caught their attention like 3 kids in USA got mis placed in a mela kind of thing or something....then they thought what could be the scenario if those three kids meet again afetr 20 yrs...and thus the movie came into pic | ||

i saw this news a couple of day sback on NDTV....and thought the same..... janalaki bad time kakapothey.....vallu mugguru.....aa roles ki ento? Also i dont think,appudu ekinattu....aa hindu muslim,christian sentiment ippudu peladhu.....different times.....
