If you have enough work credits, SS administration estimates your benefit amounts using your average earnings over your working lifetime. Have u ever checked how many credits do u have so far? (u need 40) u can check ur entire social security details, whether u have enough credits already, last 10 years data etc from ssa.gov website u can also use estimate calc to see how much u will get when u retire (i.e if social security is still available at that time) it says 2800 per month if you retire at the age of 62 anuntundi. Not bad emo kadaa even if you add inflation etc for working couple, will it be double? 5600 per month? or am i missing something? |
