i don't think you can use property as collateral to buy another property...bank need proper valid reasons the purpose of collateral... - you can use existing property to expand it OR built a home etc.. - or do some business etc.. that is why you can't use credit card to buy money order here... i don't know, i may be wrong.. | ||
