She can stay in USA, but she can't work after May 11th, If she didn't get it in 60 days , call USCIS and request for expedite the process, maximum days for processing is 90 days | ||

A friend of mine has her EAD expire on May 11. She applied for the renewal and the USCIS sent acknowledgement of her renewal documents dated Feb 11. What is the usual processing times these days? She is a little worried if she will get the renewal May 11. Does she have to leave the country if the renewal is not obtained in time?
