this is valid....u must report this income... but credit card money..after spending some amount..they wud give u some money back to ur card...or points or cash back bonus...u wont get 1099 for this....so u dont need to report that income....if u receive 1099..u must report....(if it is considerable amount) <1 ithe ignore madi... | ||

i opened chase checking a/c, they gave me $150 free bonus money for opening. they sent 1099 at year end. so i reported this in my tax returns. if you have received 1099, then must report this. if not, lite theesukochu. | ||

if your bank has sent you form 1099, then you must mention this in tax returns...1099 form vachi kooda, returns lo mention cheyyakapothey, IRS will hunt you down. not all banks will send 1099. i got American Airlines car with bonus miles from citibank, they sent me 1099. so i paid tax. if your bank doesn't sent 1099, then no action required.
