now thought to build some muscle as i could see my metabolism going down.. I started serious body building around year back.. now came down to cutting off lots of belly.. 2 to 3 packs kanipistunnai kaani.. thinagane belly as usual poduchukostundi..

Trainer ni adigithe.. konni suggest cheshadu.. also asked me to stop high carb rice.. ... he said i am almost there..

Thindi assalu saripovadam ledu.. 3 hr kagane kallu vanukutunnai.. kaani aa six pack endo suddam ani kusunna.. ni suggetion cheppu..

6days gym ellutha..

na range.. 400cal on treadmill 2 days.. 200 on weight lifting day..

back and shoulder 1 day..

100 labs lo unna na range. weight 175labs..

specific gaa emi cheyyanu..but if u do squats, deadlifts and pullups automatic gaa ur abs are working very hard..special gaa inka verevi emi cheyalsina avasaram ledu.. but some times I do ab rollers, I love those.

my short term goal is to perfect dragon flags

and want to start working on "L-sit ups"

definate gaa undi..but not directly to body weight, but to your lean body mass...

155 lbs lo fat entha undi? assuming 20 lbs , then you have 135 lbs of lean body mass..whats ur height? assuming 6..nee frame is small and you have less muscle, so 135 lbs is ok and not great..

ade if u see a person with just 1o lbs fat then that means he has 145 lb lean body mass.. if he lifts religiously, he can manage 170 lbs bench..

generic rule of thumb is, if you can bench press, squat, dead lift 1.5 -2 times of your lean body mass, then u r an advanced lifter and you have considerable amount of muscle on ur frame

sometimes u plateau..appudu deload chesi 1 week tarvatha, malli chesthe manage cheyochu..kaani thisis for advanced lifters..

nee issue lo I incline towards not eating enough.

an exception to this is when you are dieting for fat loss..endukante you will be consuming less calories and you cant increase weisght on a regular basis..when u r dieting for fat loss the goal is to maintain the strength (in other wordsm maintain the weight on the bar atleast)..

generic kochen annai..there are many ways but always remmmember progressive load over the time..

2 setc chesaka, ur muscle is fatigued, 3rd set inka ekkuva weight pedithe how can you complete the same number of reps?

if you are able to complete, then that means nee first 2 sets are not up to failure..

both works, either u start slowly and make ur 3rd set heavy or start heavy and make ur 3rd set more reps less weight..

finally nee goal endi ante, every 1-2 weeks ki, try to increase the weight on the bar..lekapothe u r not going anywhere
