MS.. It is paper filing. Also TSC is working fast.. NSC as usual.. let us ... Another comedy is.. Whoever applied in DEc has not got approvals but people who applied in jan has got approval from tsc.. Papi gadu post este katthi la digali

It has been 56 days I had been filed EAD extension (NSC, paper based), no answer from USCIS yet, although it is mentioned 3 months most of the applications will be cleared in about 45 days. If somebody working on EAD if it expired you cann't be on payrole. Remember your employer will ask for new EAD card at least 2 weeks before. If not they will report same to client. So my advise is if you filing for EAD extension paper based file it 3.5 months before. You can file with in 120 days before. I think e-filing is faster. But it is not available for PD after 2007 (didn't remember the month |
