As far as I know, project duration doesn't depend on the module. It just depends on the client. Anni modules lo years same client lo chesina vallu vunnaru 2-3 month gigs chesina vallu vuntaaru.

Just go by your interest and get into a module in which you've business knowledge.

Eppudu SAP ECC kooda HANA meeda ki vacchindhi kada. so ECC nunche we can pull real time data. So BI ki inka future lo asala use case emi vuntundha ani doubt. I think if HANA works as SAP is marketing it and clients adopt it, most of the stuff that we do in BI can be done in ECC itself.

HANA experts inputs add cheyyandi. nerchukuntam.

as far as I know, SAP HR antha goppaga ledu. Most of the companies prefer to use cloudbased solutions for SAP HR like workforce, success factors. HR is never SAP's strength and I don't think it's going to be. And peoplesoft vundane vundhi.

If you're a new comer to SAP, I don't recommend HR. If you already have experience in HR, then niche modules like Travel management to expertise vunte better.

ala chusthe kashtam...new module ski ekkuva rate untadi, alage vati implementation thakkuva untadi.. so pick a moduke which is little tough to learn and people dont want to go compared to other modules.. you will have better rates and oppurtunities
