Rent ki isthey oka 30+ K per month pakka antunnaru. Next Hitec city lo oka apt 95 lacs. Just finished.. Kaani chuttu pakkala antha khaali land undi and roads, development inka kaaledu. Last Fortune builders vallu oka site choopincharu for future construction. 5500 rs per sq ft aduguthuunar. 3 yrs lo same apt ki 9K minimum anutuunar. Anyway here are few kocchens 1) Real estate appreciation ekkada ekkuva for property 2) Rental case lo maa friend kurrod Bay area.
