I know you were kidding - and it was exactly this curiosity of mwhat makes it even a 50% success that led me to try to learn these things - actually I do not like any fortune telling stuff - prefer to let life surprise me  We had long discussions on possible causalities , effects in IBDB - esp with unorthodox , nisarga et al But when we learn with that idea the whole mindset is different than going into it with a quest to know and fix our future - and it is very easy to slip into the second weather forecast telusukovatam example istaru - but a weather forecast of 50% rain will prompt someone to take an umbrella, another to stay at home to avoid the rain- which could mean a lost opportunity. i was just kidding around andi.. i like astrology not because it works, but it is interesting topic. the prediction. usual scientific prediction engines, take huge statistical analysis, and look for a pattern. i just sometimes wonder, if these astrologers use this form of pattern matching for predictions. now, when i say this, im not believing that it works, im just interested in the kind of patterns they use. if everytime (or lets say 60 to 80% chance) a thunder strikes, an apple drops from a tree. even without knowing the reason behind the cause of this, can we use such a prediction, or is there a sense to use such a prediction. like the groundhog day ? ofcourse, when we learn the real reason the apple drop, and the connection with thunder, we dont need that prediction any more. the world of appearances may or may not be real, or both may and may not be real - or may be indescribable; or may be real and indescribable, or unreal and indescribable; or in the end may be read and unreal and indescribable - its all Syadvada | ||
