If you are just travelling in a around Bay Area Fox is good.. costcotravel.com you just need to membership number to reserve the car. no need to pay or give credit card info upfront. you just need card at the time of car pickup. so, no cancellation issues and even if you don't pickup nothing will happen. hotwire.com = some times low prices..but no refunds on cancellations. | ||
