workout gurus andaru ikkade unnaru. oka doubt...

rojuki treadmill meeda 1.5 miles for about half hour nadustaa.

prastutam about 140LBs unna. tinDi emanna tagginchaala? junk foods lo chala bhagam cut sesa.. no coffee/tea/mandu/smoke.
