Just as Rahul Gandhi got promoted officially as the Vice President of the Congress party and he is making inroads to motivate the youth and woo them to vote for his party, the challenges have begun. It is heard that recently Rahul had a slight jolt when he was faced with a question that stumped him. Sources say all this happened when Rahul was at Jawahar Bhawan trying to moderate a talk on the future of internet by a Google official. It is heard that Rahul was speaking about the availability of academic material online and changing learning processes when he was interrupted by a JNU student. The student reportedly quoted about a newspaper article which revealed that in large parts of India even class VIII students don’t know how to read and write. The student questioned Rahul on what congress is doing to improve the condition. Without replying to that, Rahul passed the buck reversing the question on the student asking what he is doing. But the student reportedly didn’t give up and said “If I knew I would not have asked you.” Before Rahul could get embarrassed further he changed the topic and went ahead with his speech on responsibility of citizens.
