first of all, poor students are not applying for those colleges. second of all, US admissions are not like in india. He might donate money to the univ in the future which might assist other students or assist research. In General they don't apply yes but to move up the classes, you have to be extra special, every year you have special students with special fire who make it to the top. If you are poor and average in studies, you can forget about going to a Harvard. | ||
