if u r a rookie, dont even think of training your arms and abs for now.. focus on complex movements, more bang for your buck. initially do full body workouts..deadlifts, squats, bench press , pull ups split routines are for more advanced lifters..general gaa if u look at routines or talk to a trainer he will make you do split because that looks fancy and people get attracted.. if u really want results quickly (either muscle gain or fatloss) u need to do complex movements and clean up your diet.. workout will damage your muscle fiber, food will build it again but bigger and stronger |

squats cheyyakunte niku body structure radu.. ani db lo decide chesharu.. Extreme strength program baga work avutundi.. nivu try cheshava epppudu ayina.. like heavy weight with as many as possible. then reduce weight again as many as possible.. finally no weight.. Dini valla too good result vastunnai naku mathram.. Papi gadu post este katthi la digali
