Quick Break fast - 1 unit Oats + 2 units 2% , 1% Milk + 1 unit water + chillies / masala karam + pepper if needed + Salt + Some peas, carros pieces found in frozen) + ground nuts put it in microwave for up to a point where oats and mil mixes well without 2 being look seperate (prob 10 min) Quick and Healthy Stuff | ||

Minestrone Soup  Very nutritious and healthy...best Italian recipe to suit Indian palates IMO...
