i am just paying taxes on payroll and will have to pay taxes on the profit I show after my payroll and expenses for S corp\LLC. CPA is asking to pay estimated tax on that profit. Ashton - I'm living an Amish lifestyle. so far so good. | ||

if you are running payroll you are already paying estimated taxes.if you owe more than 90% of taxes then you have to pay estimated taxes on 1099,other wise you are ok. cherapakura chedevu. | ||

if you are in 1099 and not running payroll then you have to pay estimated taxes.. if you own a company and running a payroll march15th is the dead line. contact your CPA.. cherapakura chedevu. | ||

not really,daniki you have dead line till mar 15th,you can file for an extension also, nee personnel taxes ki extension teesukuni if you are paying anything to IRS than you have to pay interest on it.. cherapakura chedevu. | ||
