I have used the services of a couple of trainers. Choose a trainer who is not part of a gym. A trainer with a private Gym, will be more helpful. usually the session are charged hourly. 2 to 3 sessions a week, would be good enough, if you continue with a plan for the rest of the week. I trained with an ex-NFL WR. the sessions were amazing. he was very strict with his routines, and knew what he was doing. he would listen to me carefully, and suggest improvements. i personally feel anyone who is serious about long term fitness, or training for any kind of race, should work with a trainer, even if its for a short time. its not just the routines, we will understand more about the way our body is responding to various routines. efficiency improves drastically!! If i have to choose between buying a the latest tv, or spend on a trainer, without even blinking i would spend it on a trainer. i feel that investment just has more returns!! the world of appearances may or may not be real, or both may and may not be real - or may be indescribable; or may be real and indescribable, or unreal and indescribable; or in the end may be read and unreal and indescribable - its all Syadvada |

First of all what do you want to achieve by hiring trainers at Gym Pick a Gym & every Gym has its own promotions regarding fitness trainers. Some trainers provide training at home as well. |
