Bro did you do your MS here or came to US on H-1. If on H-1 you will need 5 yrs of experience not from your current employee but from some one else...Bogus peditey i am sure they will ask you to prove it..so it will be risky. that is what I did until they messed up the GC requirement real bad..and I need to show some extra 10months to support it.. now if I ask them to change the requirement i'm pretty sure I'll be stuck for another 10months without any progress.. Advice to new GC applicants..Every year make sure you take an EVL ( employment verification letter) from you current employer even thought you dont need it..it will help you in the long run. Bro you give what ever information you know. If they are not available now and if USCIS wants more info they will give an RFE and you can answer it...
