What ever Kikure does, he will not get a next term. So what should he do now.I think he should do what Rana did in the movie "Leader". conduct ACB raids on all the politicians including the congressmen. Associate with some channel. project all the ACB findings. Yes the government will fall but he will be interim for at least 4 months. Election code will prevent him from introducing new projects. However it will not stop him from taking action on all the corrupt politicians and exposing them. He should then contest from Lok Satta. I know I am dreaming but that is the only thing that will get Kiran back into the assembly if not CM | ||

Agree with your post. But I'm pretty much opposed to populist politics which is why I don't support Congress. That's also the reason I've started disliking CBN since 2009 even though I was a big supporter at one point. Yep. Earlier, I got the impression they would tie up with Jagan too. | ||

Karnataka okkate kaadu..dont if you remember UP lo single largest party ayyi vundi..they agreed to 6 month power rotation with Mayawati. Mayawati cheated..that was their end in UP. Then they did the same with Buffalo Gowda in Karnatka. Gowda cheated...but luckily Yeddi survived on sympathy and came to power. Cong had been very firm with allies like Gowda and Pawar in power rotations. Ee vishyam (come to power at any cost) lo BJP ki inka ekkuva kakoorthi ayyipoyindhi. Ippudu Jharkand lo Soren gaditho kalisaaru. I am sure they are very eager to join with Jagan as well. But, the recent MIM allicance will make it tough. But, no guarantee that went go into post-poll alliance with Jagan. | ||

I actually expected him to be more politically constrained so I'm pleasantly surprised at some of the things he's doing. I don't think I can ever lean towards Congress. I definitely agree that BJP has gotten much worse. Tolerating Yeddurappa and Gali is just the beginning. I'm a strange case though. I don't connect with BJP's religious message one bit but support them because they don't do appeasement as much as other parties (in my opinion) and have concentrated on development more. So the Karnataka situation was a shock for me. | ||

Kikure's first two schemes he came up slapped on his face. 1) Koulu raitu laki cards ani, loans ani. 2) Employment for young people to create lakhs of jobs. Both were awful. Then he handled fee reimbursement ok, though not great. Good thing he did is having good IAS officers like Jawahar Reddy surrounding him. Jawahar Reddy may not be 100% honest, but he is very practical and does good things in his limits. He did very well when he was collector for Vizag and EG dts. Same thing with me. But, he was politically more constrained than I originally expected. He cannot even one minister like DLR and with MIM withdrawing support, he became even more weak. Ayina administration baagana laaginchaadu. I was always a Cong hater too. But in the last few years, Cong has become better by dropping people like Jagan, Bhajan Lal and Vilas Rao. BJP seems to have gone from good to worst. I hope they realize and clean up the party by getting ridding horrible people like Gali, Gadkari etc (good that Yeddi and Kalyan Singh left on their own). | ||

Good job on Owaisi arrest. Political light-weight ayina..I am pleasantly surprised at how he has handled the administration so far. Engineering fee reimbursement issue was his best move. Administrtion loki once every few years...kottha blood raavatam helps anukunta. Electricity rates anavasaram gaa kelkunntunnadu.
