dont know how they are payed. dakshana vasthundhi. but dont know about salary or something. maa voorlo ayithe bagane vastai vaallaki. gudi bhoomi adhayam lo kontha percent pay chestharu and dakshana and also they will do marriages, gruhapravesam kind of stuff every now and then and get payed.

tilak baa. kontha varaku ok anipisthondi. may be waste land. if its cultivation land boothu. adhee ayurvedic products ki isthe ok anukuntunna. apart from some 85000 per year , it provide employment and encourage swdesi products. compared to other example u gave it look better.
