 as it ga nuvvu koda andari la cheputunav... 1) first tower (ante 2 towers vastai..side by side) complete iyindhi with only 60% bookings as of now...enka kavali ante chala vunnai... 2)floor ki oka apt is tru...some where around 4500-5000 sft vastundhi... 3) THEY LAUNCHED PROJ WITH 4800/SFT almost 2.5 years back..now they are quoting 6500 negotiable... 4) enko 3 towers vastunai...one of them is having 2 and 3 bedroom flats.. 5) rate will increase as you choose upward falts.. 6) personal lift vuntundhi...when u swipe card it takes u to ur flat...same lift is shared by fellow flat members 6) car parking basement or cellar...flat lo tesukupothe bedroom lo etukovali...car ki saripada lift koda manam petinchukovali.. 7)the so called swiming pool inside flat is only 7/5 dimensions...which is more or same like jacuzzzi.. 8) cinema vallu tesukunaro ledo naku teliyad... 9) ada maintaince ki iyte month ki 25k-30k min vuntundhi | ||
