to easily pack on muscle do full body movements, dont waste your time in gym by doing, ab work/bicep work/tricep work. you are newbie kabatti ivanni neku avasaram ledu ippudu. focus on these 1. Squat (ATG) 2. Dead lifts 3. bench press 4. barbell push press 5. Dips 6. Chin ups/ pull ups 7. push ups 8. power cleans 9. Barbell rows 10. leg press (if u cant squat) do these and give ur 110% in gym and eat right, you will grow |

over protein aa? what is over protien ? how much is over? any real research back up for that claims? thammudu basi cgaa okati gurthu unchoko, when u bulk carbs are proteins sparing..u can get away with eating 1g of protein per llb of lean body mass. nee lean body mass neeku teliyadu kabatti just err on teh caution side..eat 150 lbs of protein. every day you should eat minimum 150 gm of protein. on non workout days , you dont eat lot of carbs, so you should increase your protin intake to 175 gm. and rest of the calories from good fats (avacados, onmega 3 eggs, olive, canola,fish, kril, flax oils, nuts, conocnut). get more of poly and mono compared to satured. satured koncham tinochu.not that bad. transfat motham cut cheyali. coconut oil vadu, its very good because medium chain fat (MCT) easy gaa nee body will break the bond to use it for energy rather than storing in fat cells. you can gain 10lbs in 3 months. but you should be very consistent in eating. eat smart |
