When you move your money ($) from the local account to ICICI a/c there is a 5 business day holding period. Once that is over, the transaction from ICICI a/c to any other a/c in India (ICICI or any other bank a/c) is instantaneous. For example, I don't have an ICICI a/c in India. I have one here in Canada. I move my money to that a/c from my local bank a/c, wait for 5 days and then transfer to India. | ||
