My friend bpought a house in birmingham and everything for the house (maintenance, tenants etc) is taken care by the realtor company who charges around 200 bucks per month and the rent is wired to his bank account....

Friend okadu H1B ending lo home konnadu (2012 lo). Athani 140 reject ayindi and he is having few more months of legal stay in usa. He already got an offer in india and planning R2I.
