There should be a degree of assessments in rape incidents. In cases like Delhi incident put them in a cell for 50 yrs or hang them but don't support any sort of brutal acts in the name of punishments. This will ultimately impact the social behavior of humans and pull us back to medieval era.. | ||

"Chemical" castration ? Thats not even a punishment. Its only a medicine to lower sexual desire thats all. And the effect can be reversed when the medicine is stopped.
