The after events are different.....The problem is Police is understaffed and not properly trained....People's perceptions are different...In North - especially - in the villages rape is a normal event - where the woman is discredited due to the hold of the khap panchayats..... And hence there is no deterrence. But what about cities bangalore - where due to the influx of Biharis, haryanvis etc, crime(rapes) is one the rise?? | ||
