Do you recommend low carb and high protein diet for losing fat? If no, what is the best plan for someone like me who does 4 days cardio/week (2 days treadmill run + 2 days elliptical and step master). I tried weights + cardio but it didn't work for me and I see better results with just cardio. Fan of Fab 5: Sachin, Rahul, Saurav, Laxman and Kumble.

no..ur body is made of bones,tendons,muscles and fat..veetilo calories ki acct ayyedi fat and muscle. muscle is made of protein + water fat is fat, too much of carbs u also store as fat so ur body uses immediate energy source for burning which is sugars (carbs), if not available fat and muscle (muslce ni brak down chesi) |

Mr Hyd, I hate cardio, kaani some people prefer cardio to weights and some do both. ofcourse more advantage is wieghts + cardio, 2nd is just weights, third is cardio.. if u still wnat to do just cardio, do cross training. only running is bore. try jump rope, jumping jacks, burpees, spidermans, running up hill and down hill outdoors..these will blast fat, but remmeber u will lose muscle too.. ur body might get adapted to cardio..so mix up cheyyi so ur results will never stall |
