Today i was listening to NPR and there was reason why Democrats does not want to touch Thupaki control.. Reason being. 1984 or after they tried to bring bill to control them but failed drastically. Just becoz of this they have lost votes and some seats in upcoming elections. Even clinton era they tried to do it but they had set back from many police etc groups. They had big effect becoz of this interest.
