RTC lands and real estate is already in bank collaterals for the debts they owe. ySR Gone and Dinesh trio have moved from the earlier philosophy of connecting more villages with its network as a social responsibility to that of pure business. They have done away with most village routes and as an alternative encouraged autos in those areas. KSRTC has taken many cues from APSRTC and turned profitable. Its not so difficult to cover these losses... RTC will have lot of real estate, which if used judiciously can cover for losses. secondly, it can hire buses to increase services, with today's growing market, It can expand its market a lot. It shuold concentrate on quality.. forget abt private travels, anyday i prefer KSRTC over APSRTC, for its quality. Privatization should be the last thing, which unfortunately is the recommendation of IIM-A grads. | ||

RTC per km 10 paisalu penchindi.. ante 100kms ki 10 rupees. if u take 70% occupancy in a 45 seater bus it is 320 rupees which is 10% hike overall. adi 32 members ki equal ga distribute chestaru. inkekkada loss diesel hike valla? in fact, it is profit even at 70% occupancy. what abt revenue by depo stalls and leases of RTC lands or function halls maintained by RTC? adi okappudu.. ippudu asalu chala oorlu RTC bus kosam wait kooda cheyyatledu.. andaru share autos use chesukuntunnaru.
