1. Healthy
2. Fit (get down to 10% BF and tell me how u feel)
3. cosmetic (anyone in the world wants to look good, laziness valla lite antaru)
4. do it for urself, a goal, u feel and look young

when u work ur ass off in gym rain or shine or snow, and u see people sitting in couch watching tv, aa feel , aa happiness ee diferent.

when the world is eating junk and having big bellies and u look fit with lot of energy aa feeling varnanatheetham..I feel and enjoy it daily, so saying..

nee daily carbs anni after workout ravali, other than that carbs tinakunda, only protein + fat + veggies tinali..workout cheyyani roju, keep your carb intake very very less.

dont listen to db people..carbs lekapothe bathakalem lantivi nammaku, i hardly eat carbs on non worrkout days. asalu avasaram kooda ledu..carbs evariki kavali ante endurance training chese vallaki (long distiance runners, cyclists, swimmers, rowers, etc etc anamata). mana lanti vallaki carbs avasarme ledu.

one more important tip to lose fat is to do training without carbs in ur system. do these and tell me if u dont lose fat.

not for the whole year but for this month i have been doing this fasting and eating only once every 24 hours.

fasting until evening, eat fully then eat next evening. in between only Water, green tea (with no milk and sugar). Off late started eating few fruits otherwise for couple weeks nothing except water until evening.

Of course this is nothing to do with weight loss or muscle build, but only religious ... i guess i am under weight at about 140 LBS for a height of 5'7"

not necessarily... that is what exactly this thread is all about..if u time ur nutrients, u can gain muscle with no to very minimal fat..

u can do calorie cycling, u can do carb cycling, and lot more dieting techniques.

weight = fat + muscle

u need to build muscle or atleasttttttttttt maintain ur muscle (this will help u in buring fat)

and u need to lose fat..

better choose one thing,what is priority? lose fat? or gain muscle?

if lose fat, calculate ur TDEE and get 500 Kcal less than that..

idantha entha cheppina, until u are on stricttttt diet u wont lose fat thammudu.


fat loss is 80% diet, 20% workout. if ur diet is in place u will lose fat easily. pateince is important

again, 3o min gym chestha, 20 min cardio chestha 5 lb thaggali ani cheppe antah easy kadu...u have to maintain a log, u have to count calories initially, u neeeeed to know what is going into ur body..lekapothe any diet will fail.

why not? u can..

on my workout days I eat 1500Kcal after workout in one shot..basically u should not exceed ur daily calorie limit.thats the essence of this diet.

I am not gaining fat on this approach and I am losing fat..people are losing fat on this diet

again to get complete sense u have to understand the science behind this..

I have started this last week and my mood is superb..aam aadmi ki carbs avasarame ledu..anyway if u want to lose fat and be fit, u got to try digfferent dieting methods.

the one which works for u is the best diet..this is backed up my so many research papers..i dont have time and energy to xplain the whole story behind this diet but this works if u r very diligent.. if u want to try try it..

nenu desam poyi 4% fat gain chesa, I am sitting at 15% BF now..so I need to get rid off that asap without any muscle loss..

basic gaa diet kaadu, u will still be eating ur daily calories but timing differently.

daily 16 hrs fasting, 8 hrs eating..

lets say u r daily calorie intake is 2300 Kcal, u will eat all those in 8 hrs and u will weight train in the same 8 hr. and then u just dont eat for 16 hrs..for example

dont eat till 2 pm

2pm - first meal - 500 Kcal

6 pm - 7 pm - work out

8 pm - BIGGGGG meal - 1500 Kcal

10 pm - small meal - 300 kcal

and then again cycle repeats..

rest days same thing - but calories will be less may be 1700 Kcal (only protein and fat)
