dont mix Visa with H1B. Visa is only for travel. You can enter even on the last day of your visa as long as you have extended\valid H1B Ashton - I'm living an Amish lifestyle. so far so good. | ||

oka koleeg situation 1. company A nunchi H1B meeda vachaad....visa stamp till March 20, 2013 2. company B ki transfer chesukunnaad.......no layers......client letter ichaaru saying contract is there till Jan 2013(it got extended after that.....he got the client letter before the contract was extended)......inkaa stamping ki poledu..... now he is going to india in Feb...getting married......coming back by end of Feb......ippudu kotha client letter aduguthunte ivvatledu(the old one says the contract is there till Jan 2013)......so Feb lo india velthe stamping ki velthe problem kadaa..... stamping ki vellakundaa old stamp meeda Feb end lo vasthe PoE lo problem kaadaa as the visa is valid only for 20 days? and waht about spouse visa? |
