I am Person A. I need to send 30-40K to Person B. what is the right process (legal) to do this and not run into any trouble. Another issue is I can only transfer $10k to Person B. A different guy, Person X will shore up the extra 20-30K. Would it be better for the person X to transfer the money directly to person B?
