I think he was told that he would get a lighter sentence if it wasn't premeditated. Thats why he chose not to take the fifth or have his lawyers present and went to great lengths to explain that it was a botched kidnapping. He didnt think it through, he isn't the usual clever/calculated criminal, just someone who got overwhelmed with his situation. very sad. Repentance ki inka gravity of the situation sink avvaledu, he thinks he still has some control like any gambler. he gambled his life away, very sad. |
