Dravid scored 3 centuries in England. He retired after a bad tour of Australia. Kohli debuted in Australia and was by far the best player on the tour. He also played well in the subsequent New Zeland tour. Pujara returned back from injury during New Zeland tour, and he has scored a lot of runs since his return. Laxman did not play well in Australia and he retired. Gambhir and Sehwag haven't played well in the last 2 years (though Sehwag scored a century in first test against England). There is lot of difference b/w ponting & sachin's form. Ponting is out of form for more than 2 years and only good series in b/w is against india. Where as sachin is out of form only since last series against NZ. He was the second highest run scorer against difficult aussie bowling in Australia.
