USCIS picha kaamedy fleet. One real incident: Current H1B was issued with "Intent to revoke" since consultant client location changed, LCA obtained but the H1B was not amended with the new location LCA. The same day received the "Intent to revoke" notice on the present H1B, the Chaalu Legal adviser filed an extension(in premium process) on the "Intent to revoke" H1B and the extension got approved in two days. The "Intent to revoke" was calmly replied with some garbage response, which was gone with the wind(Who cares about the decision, the new H1 extension was already approved.) I am not sure but as far a i know amendment is a new application, that's what my company did. They told that they are doing an amendment becuase of promotio but it's a complete new application | ||
