It is just a part of the whole hero elevation phenomenon. The same reason as why we have all these North Indian girls as heroines. If our hero flirts and then floors a girl from Vijayawada or Vizag, it does not elevate him to demi-god status. However if a north Indian girl or a foreign girl succumbs to our heroes, we can puff our chests in pride, ani vari alochana. Until a few years back, when our heroes used to play village roles (that has vanished over the past few years) then the conquest used to be a girl from town (dorasani) wearing ill-fitting clothes and bad sized shades. Once our heroes migrated to the cities, then the girls moved up north. Once that too started fading, firangs meeda paddaru.

After this, only aliens ye migulutharu.

It's just timepass + good fun for the whites. They are not immune to the stupidity of it all. But they have a good laugh at it all. Heard on a Bolly documentary they just ask anyone(foreigner) off the street to come.

The biggest joke is having a 6 feet white guy as villain and have our 5'5 heroes beat them and win against them...
