u can paralalley start with some desi firm for GC process...u dont need to join them...u can bear all expenses..if labor is approved..u can join them..(in case if everything goes well in ur company...u can stay back ..otherwise u can join the indina firm) mine was started like that only...I joined desi firm after my labor is filed... | ||

Folks, chala sarlu discuss chesi vuntam,, but one more time, please clarify.. 6 years of H1B will be done in Feb 2014 (final date after calculating the vacation days and out of country visits) Company started PERM process April this year to make sure they file labor before Feb 2013 (365 day mark kosam) 2 months Paper ad period is done and they came back today saying that they had to filter 3 candidates who suits the requirement by ad posted.One of them is in Unemployment benefits. if one of them accepts,we have to cancel the whole deal ani chepthunnar.. have too little time to change employer and file labor thru a new company anipisthundi.. what are the options? I know there is H1B to H4 after 6 years. Am I missing anything?? Help needed from any similar experiences ?? |
