Lost 35 lbs. Gained back 15. Have to go back to it... too much food in the face.

Worst problem in this world... food everywhere. As a child, I remember people mostly eating during meal time even at school. Now, someone is munching or drinking a high calorie food item all the time.

Going to try to lose 15-30 lbs by the end of the year. Lost 35 lbs by diet and exercise... it works. Just need to make it a lifetime habit.

ustad bedar edi chesina parledu but correct ga cheyyi .. gaining muscle and balancing % body fat is very difficult task.. After toiling in gym for last 6 months I gained 6-7lbs of muscle .. measure cheyaledu but I can feel the strength.. Did my first 3X9 chin-ups successfully with ease.. finally it's paying off..

squats, deadlifts, bench press, shoulder press set it...preferably with barbell
trust me you will feel strong!
the key is to learn all the core movements and execute as much perfect as possible
slow start with lower wts and keep working

wt gain / loss is dependent on cal intake
cals burn awakapothay fat storage ...simple

i once went from 172 to 160 in 6 months by only lifting wts and eating better
the only cardio i did during those times was running between the wkts which i rarely do ...inzy mode on :D
of coz that was an one off case ...stated as an example to disspell some myths

you got to balance your wt training and cardio
workout 5-6 times a week
40% cardio , 60% wt training for 2 months and see where you stand ...watch what , when and how much you eat
even in cardio and wt training you have to set your goals...do you want to go for power, strength, stamina/endurance ?
and for wt training ...dont think of doing doing a bicep curl or tricep extension for the next 6 months
lift, press, squat...you will gain all the muscle in the world..lean ,bulk depends on cals..just make sure you are progressing( 5 lb increase each week in workout wt per set, which after 4 months will be around 1-1.5 lb differential)
make your cardio comprehensive at above max individual level for 30-40 mins
make each workout count
