It's the USCIS who is allowing people to fake the resumes. It's been 15 years since Desis started flooding America working in IT,but USCIS never caught people who fake their resumes, credentials. Blame it on the corporations and federal agencies who allow this type of $hit... A friend of mine who works in SAP has trained his wife in some SAP module for 2 months and she finally got a permanent job in the same company by faking her resume. Who do you think is responsible for it ? The legals are atleast paying taxes every year unlike illegals who don't pay taxes but live off of welfare money paid by hardworking tax payers.
