For Example u rented a 2 BR spend 600 Units in April in Hyderabad ...then u vacated Now New Renter with same connection spends watever ... he is paying for the hunger of Kiran Kumar Daddamma Sarkar ... Rs 852 Extra [600 X 1.42 ] ... none of his mistake in October bill .... its totally illegal [this is understandable if they pre-notice and its 1-2 times but ...] ...what is surprising is this is a sheer Blatant violation of Consumer Rights and not even a Single Party or Organization filed a Case in High Court ... its like in USA you brought Groceries for $100 but next time same amount of groceries with 5% Inflation is $100 + 5 + 20 = $125 .... best rural ap lo elipoyi donga meeter ettukotam ...
