yes, they have to have the process documented.. job ad, potential applicant list, filtered list, interview selection, why those candidates rejected, etc., Your manager is the key. I actually went through this process. Mine was the first GC my company applied. Lawyer doesn't have much experience with GC filing either (or strictly go by rules). Lawyer even asked me to get the new experience letters based on the skill set I mentioned in the GC and paper Ad. It took 3-4 months just to get those. My manager actually helped a lot (though within the rules) by interviewing the candidates, etc., I was little worried if they find a suitable candidate, they could even stop the process. | ||
