Last years bench kante ee year bench chaala better. Kaani this guy does weird rotations with Jamison at 3 and MWP at 2. I can confidently say ANY reasonably any replacement would win at least 2 out of next 5 games even with a new system. | ||

Aa Miami games chudandi masteru....they were very close defeats. They opened the season against Celtics. Pre-season games lo Lakers were playing very seriously after 3 games. Mavericks were missing Caman and Dirk and every other player (except Shawn Marion) was new. Vallane home opener lo kottaleka pothe, something is seriously wrong. And the game was not even close. | ||

He is not the problem. Last season Bynum missed first 5 games and the record was much better. And we had Derek Fisher instead of Nash. Even at 80% effectiveness, Howard atleast equal to Bynum. And Jordan Hill is playing well. More than the 12 loses, the manner in which they lost was striking. In none of the games, they had any chance entering the last quarter. | ||

I watched the games dude. After 3 games, they were tensed and trying very hard. Teams miss players due to injuries. Teams like golden state and mavericks did not have their two best players in the entire pre-season. Mavericks have an entirely new squad. But no one went 0-8 in pre-season and they games were all blow-outs. I would agree if the pre-season was like 2-6 or 3-5. 0-8 cannot be a random event. Lakers dont generally panic. this move, 5 games into the season says it all. | ||

Brian Shaw is with the team for a long time and phil absent ayina games lo he did well he knows triangle well to continue what ever they are doing under Phil. Adelman ni hire cheste he will need time to put his system in place (D first and ball sharing O) short season lo adi possible kaadu and they dont want to waste kobe's last few seasons... every yr title aiming... no time to retool schematically or take chance with inexperienced Shaw so went with Brown anukuntunna ee yr Lakers salary 100 mil and tax 30 mil so 2 times the salary of Miami Heat lakers are so complicated for any coach to come in and do his thing or for that matter do any thing | ||

No way. 13 games is more than enough. Even weak teams that were their best players with totally new rosters like Dallas Mavericks were killing the lakers. None of the 13 games were even close. | ||

Its the lakers, if they pay high enough (which they should with $130 million payroll expenses, coaches cost very low) they could get anyone. I think Nate McMillan, Jerry Sloan, Phil Jackson and Jeff Van Gundy will be candidates. | ||

Brian Shaw ki Lakers antha high profile team kastam without any prior experience. They made a bluder by not hiring Rick Adelman after iterviewing him. Thats the differece between family run businesses and professional businesses. The Dumb successor (Jim Buss) cost the organization $18 million. They have to pay Mike Brown for not showing up at work. I am thinking they will go with Jerry Sloan. Mike D Antoni doesnt have a good playoff track-record and his run and gun system wont work well for an old & slow team like the lakers. Best thing would be to hire a senior coach (like Sloan or Phil Jackson) for 1 year and wait for an young stud to fall to them in summer. They wont have any salary cap for coaches, so they can get best of the best. | ||

Its a good decision. I think Jim Buss is a dumb guy. Wen they could have gotten one of the best coaches in NBA like Rick Adelman, he hired this brain dead coach. His rotations and in-game adjustments are worst. | ||
