I just tracked by Fedex. OVERNITE dispatch i gave, It reached "some one PATEL" received it. thats it. 2/3 weeks calm. I did not try to follow up anything. but PREPARED well the documentation for 15 days. passport photos clarity kosam manchivi INDIA ninchi teppinchi mareeee apply chesa. try callng their customer service  .. most un-professional people even though they are working in US .I can bet that one one will answer your call to customer service and you can't even leave a message as message box will be full. | ||

Yesterday I got my passport from HOUSTON. May 30th applied. Filled up the ONLINE form,take a printout, Fedex on May 31st. June 23rd: a new passport with 10 years validity reached my home . HOUSTON . all india Utter Flop Hero Fans UUUUth President | ||

there is small change in the passport renewal process at all the CGI offices in US. you need to fillup the application form online - take a print out and mail it with all relevant docs to the office..(if you are not going in-person). did anyone renewed in this new process? any improvement in the processing time? how long its taking now? |
