Job description doesnt matter..use it..if STEM passes...u will get GC immediately

its not 3012..its a different bill for MS Grads

Will it make a difference if MS is not a requirement in the EB2 filing?

Bs + 6 years makes for it. I also have an MS degree but the requirement doesnt ask for it.

My question is if it matters to include MS in the requirements? yes/no/may be
