Last night, the Republicans had their noses rubbed in the fact that without Latino support, they are a permanent minority party. For that reason alone, I think that we will see comprehensive immigration reform next year. And yes, that includes amnesty. If a CIR bill goes through, I think you can count on major legal immigration reform, such as an increased EB quota and elimination of the single state limit for EB applicants.
