Every state ki, certain electoral votes untai, based on population of that state. These electoral votes are imaginary MPs. No persons will be there. For example, texas has 38 electoral votes (think them as non existing MPs) for example, If texas has say 26 million 5 thousand total votes... if Republicans get 13 million 5 thousand votes and democrats get 13 million votes, then those total 38 will be given to Republicans (Democrats ki gundu sunna annatlu) Basic gaa, either you win all state or lose all state. they add up all 50 states.
