you are right partially but wrong in some areas if you invest in hotels, rental is awesome 95% is the occupancy rate, its the highest in the world its not going to slow down soon due to oil money and king zayed investing heavily, by 2010 its will be the destination of the world with biggest of biggest of everything, who said rentals are not there, i been in dubai investing wise from last 4yrs and its going up steadily rental gurantee income works when you buy early or off the plan if the property has risen over 200% percent then its foolish to invest i will give example, lagunatower or cube guranteed 12% intially but they have done by 100% so if you buy noe its less than 6% so its not wise coming to dummu and dooli, have been on palm or jumeriah lake, there is 2 much construction so there is dummu but on palm jumeriah only property owners are allowed wchich limits everything shopping and facilities it rocks yes there is slum(called labour camps) where constructions workers live but thats the part of the game its best in shopping, clubs, hotels, tourism its still best to invest in dubai than hyd | ||
