Name a few major initiatives that passed through Congress under Bush....only things were authorization for Iraq war (I hope you know how they got that passed) and stimulus bill during recession. For the stimulus (and immigration bills which were not passed), Bush was siding with the Democrats and opposing the Republicans. I agree to some extent...usually youth & minority voters turn out is less but they came out in large numbers during 2008. Kaani...good pollsters factor that in and I think Obama has a better ground organization than Romney.
