Missing one huge point. He is only a restricted free agent. They could have chased a title and could have done sign and trade or a delayed sign and trade like Masai Ujiri had perfected. I think they got very good value in return. Two lottery picks, a late first round pick & a very early second round pick. Kevin Martin can easily give Harden level scoring but not a defender at all. They would have to get comparable defense from lamb or some rookies. I think the biggest shock is why mess up chemistry when you are a genuine contender ani. You can always trade him later.} | ||

i still feel Harden was perfect for them and can shoot 3's,drawing foul and scoring efficiently. KM is better at defence and can also shoot 3's,but not as better as Harden. adhi kuda ivvaledu sam presti...iam appreciate sam presti in this trade...he know he could not pay that money to harden ever...so he realised it very quick and traded him ASAP and got a stud SG and multiple first round picks in return instead of playing this season with harden and loosing him afetr this season for nothing... not a bad trade for OKC...infact, i feel this is better trade than howard's...
